This Lancaster Flower Applique Quilt  is from Lancaster County PA and was hand quilted measuring  102 x 112 inches to fit your Queen or King size bed.  The front and back are a lite cream fabric. There are approximately  6 handquilted stitches per inch. 

The Amish Quilter usually comes from a very large family, with their mothers quilting frame always filled with a quilt being stitched for their siblings and extended family.  The tradition lives on, and now our Amish Quilter has grandchildren of her own that she quilts for, and she also quilts for others to help out the family budget.  There is always a quilt in her frame, and warmth and friendliness radiates from her smile.
