This Hummingbirds in a Garden Applique Amish Quilt with Border and scallopped edging measures  104 x 112 inches to fit your King size bed.  It was handquilted with approximately   6-7 handquilted stitches per inch, and is from Lancaster County PA, the heartland of the Amish and Old Order Mennonite Quilter. 

This beautiful applique quilt, features in the central medalion a pair of hummingbirds fluttering around the burgundy red flowers, set off on a background of light ivory white fabric.  There are embroidery stitches tracing vines from the buds and on the pillow area.  Wonderful intricate handquilted stitches in the center of this beautiful quilt, displaying fine, even rows of quilting.  Make sure you look at the close up photos of the detail on this quilt.
